Hello Highland Fourth Grade Families,

 

 As we look ahead to the end of the school year, our fourth graders are preparing to take their next big step! We’re excited to announce that the Fourth Grade Celebration will take place on Monday June 15th. Please save the date! 

 

More details will follow, but the celebration will include parent/guardian participation during the morning portion, followed by a special all-day event exclusively for our fourth-grade students. 

 

In the meantime, we have two important items that require your immediate attention. These deadlines are firm to ensure that all parents can participate in honor of their student – there will be no deadline extensions, so please take action promptly. 

 

 1. Yearbook “Shout-Out” Messages You may purchase a message to honor your student in the celebration yearbook.  

 

Options are as follows: 

$4 – One-line message (Cannot exceed more than 95 characters, including spaces.) 

$6 – Quarter page message 

$11 – Half page message 

 

 To submit your messages, go to: www.highlandptoshop.com, then go to the calendar of events, and select Yearbook Messages. Please remember to proofread, as the way you type the message will be how it appears in the yearbook. All proceeds go toward the end-of-the-year 4th-grade field trips, so this is a wonderful way to support a great cause while making their yearbook extra special! Feel free to share this with other family members to join in on the well wishes for your student! There is no limit per student, so you're welcome to do one from a sibling, from parents, even your dog!

**All entries must be received by March 6th.

 

   2. Send in 1–3 Photos for the 4th Grade Celebration Presentation, Due by March 6th. We’re creating a fun end-of-year presentation! Each year it continues to be a favorite for the students and the parents at our 4th Grade Celebration. They love seeing themselves up on the big screen! Please submit 1–3 photos of your child, from their early years – it can include family or friends – to Mrs. Koziol at: k.koziol@schoolsofwestfield.org 

 

 The photographs must be emailed over - to the above address, do not share thru talking points. 

 In the subject line of your email please write your child's name only 

 1-3 Photos per child 

 

 This presentation is only used during our event and is not made public.
